We deal with a lot of clients from all over the country, many who have been burned by designers that are only giving their work a part time effort. That provides a challenge that is unique to this industry, the challenge of giving our potential clients a reason to trust that well deliver the results we promise and be there for them when they need us.

When I thought about this challenge, I was reminded of a story a good friend of mine told me. His truck was giving him trouble and he took it in to the local dealership. I asked him if he realized that he could take it to a mom and pops shop and have it fixed for half that cost and he said “Yea I know, but it all comes down to accountability, and I want to know that if something goes wrong with my repair, someone is going to be there to fix it.” It all comes down to accountability.

Naturally, we feel like we are trustworthy, and anyone who has done business with us knows that we stand by what we do and always make things right. For those who dont know us, youll gain a little comfort in knowing that we have joined the Better Business Bureau of Austin.

The BBB provides clients with excellent dispute resolution. It also gives clients an outlet to sound off if weve done something to harm them or their business. As many people check the BBB before working with a business, that puts our reputation on the line for any choices that we make, and provides pressure to always do the right thing.
